Weather stripping was added to my doors, they came right in, took care of it, fixed the areas that were still showing light, and fixed a door that was not closing, great job.Posted on Google

Stephanie Sprabeary34 days agoMike is absolutely amazing to work with! I had a crazy idea in my head to build something uncommon (a stock tank pool/hot tub), and needed a second electrical box ran to the back yard to power the pool equipment coming next week. He took the time to listen to my new "idea", never doubted for one minute that we could make it work...and even helped me research ideas for it. He scheduled a day/time to come out to run all the new electrical. He was in constant contact (with ideas and answering my million questions) until the moment he showed up and did the work perfectly (even in the scorching Texas heat) today. I am planning to have him back out to do some additional plumbing and finishing of the project in a few weeks. Very respectful, trustworthy, reasonably priced, truly cares about his clients and does excellent work! Highly recommend!!!+0Posted on Google

Mike from Lynnmar Services has consistently exceeded my expectations in this regard, surpassing all others except for my son, whose availability has recently become limited. Furthermore, I found Mike to be a highly polished and professional individual, and I valued my interactions with him.Posted on Google

Lavanya Viswanathan221 days agoMichael went over and beyond helping us out to get our house ready for the market. He was very professional and fair in his estimates and timing. We first hired him to redo our outdoor kitchen (cabinets, plumbing, sheet rock work, and grouting of the bathroom), but that went on to hiring him for all the painting and touch ups in the house (incl sheet rock and door repair). He was always available in an emergency for any last minute questions, advice and work. By the time Michael was done, the house was glowing. It looked so fresh that we got an offer on the day that we listed it! We are very grateful to Michael for all his hard work.Posted on Google

Heather Steen274 days agoWe've lived in Krum 26 years and had to call and use various handymen. They have all run the gamet. We were extremely impressed with Mike. Not only did he have a friendly and courteous manner, but he had the best customer service. He was extremely thorough with his explanation of the work he was doing, including a detailed written version sent through the invoice for the work. Because of this, we will absolutely use him again for any handman service. It was an excellent experience. Highly recommend!Posted on Google

Theresa Lindsay477 days agoMike is such a great handiman and is well versed in many areas. He goes above and beyond what needs to be repaired. Also, nice to have someone that can repair plumbing issues but also inside and outside repairs that need to be done such as painting, caulking. He recently repaired the outiside of my chimney stack by replacing a board and it was no small feat as it is very tall and matched everything perfectly. Would definitely recommend this young man!!Posted on Google
